Aaron Erndt, DC, CCSP®
Chiropractor
Dr. Aaron Erndt is a 2001 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in spring of 2005. Dr. Aaron is now a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®). This certification gives chiropractors an advanced understanding of neurological and musculoskeletal function; as well as specialized knowledge of sports injuries, in turn helping athletes to optimize their athletic performance.
Dr. Aaron is a member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association and the Christian Chiropractic Association. Dr. Aaron, his wife Cindy, and children Sophie and Sam, are very active in the Big Walnut Community. He helps with the Big Walnut Civic Association and has served on the Board of Directors for Big Walnut Friends Who Share. In his free time, Dr. Aaron enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with his beloved dog, Lulu.
Jeff Willoughby, DC, DACNB
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Jeff Willoughby is a 2008 graduate of the University of Toledo where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He attended the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in December of 2011. Dr. Jeff is also a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist, one of only a few in the state of Ohio, having received Diplomate status with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 2021.
Dr. Jeff uses his history of involvement in many types of sports, as well as his continuing education in neurology, to take a unique and effective approach to chiropractic care. He has been involved in multiple chiropractic mission trips to the Dominican Republic, providing chiropractic care to third-world villages and assisting in the building of an orphanage near Puerto Plata that is home to over 40 children. Dr. Jeff enjoys his home life with his wife Michelle and their daughters Raegan, Jacinda, and Nora.
Amanda Golden, DC, CACCP
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Amanda Golden graduated from The Ohio State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. She went on to Texas Chiropractic College in Houston where she earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2009. She owned her own practice for 6 years in Houston before moving back to Ohio with her husband, Robert, to raise their four children closer to her family.
Dr. Amanda has completed over 200 extra hours in pediatric and maternity continuing education to earn a CACCP, a certification in pediatric chiropractic by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics. She is also certified in Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Amanda has a passion for chiropractic care in pregnancy as it is vital to the normal physiological function of both the mother and baby throughout pregnancy and birth.
A. Renee Allen, DC
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. A. Renee Allen is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University where she was on the Women’s Soccer team. She continued her education at Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2015. Dr. Renee is certified in Graston Technique® (GT) therapy. With the use of a specialized instrument, Dr. Renee is able to effectively treat all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute, or post-surgical. Graston Technique® enables the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions with great success when the goal is to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and restore normal function.
Dr. Renee is a member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association. She enjoys fitness and playing soccer. Dr. Renee and her family are residents of Sunbury.
Dr. Megan Smith, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Megan Smith is a 2016 honors graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa and graduated with honors, earning a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2023. Her training in Palmer Package manual adjusting is complemented by her passion for instrument assisted adjusting. Instrument assisted adjusting techniques employ precise analysis and measured force to correct joint fixations with little to no post-adjustment soreness. She is fascinated by how these gentle techniques have such powerful impacts on the nervous system. Dr. Megan specializes in the Activator Methods® and is certified in Webster Technique.
Dr. Megan is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Originally from Maryland, Dr. Megan now resides in Gahanna. She loves to hike, birdwatch, bake, and explore farmers’ markets.
Thomas Erndt, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Tom received his pre-med undergraduate degree from West Point in 1973, after which he served five years in the U.S. Army rising to the rank of Captain. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Tom graduated with top honors of Summa Cum Laude. In 1981, Dr. Tom founded Sunbury Chiropractic Center. For over 35 years, Dr. Tom provided chiropractic care for the Sunbury and Big Walnut community. Dr. Tom officially retired in 2020.
Lisa Branzel, ATC, CEP
Certified Athletic Trainer
Lisa Branzel is a graduate of University of Evansville in Indiana where she became a Certified Athletic Trainer. She then received her Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine in 2010. Lisa, seeing the connection between movement patterns and musculoskeletal injuries, advanced her training specializing in Functional Movement. Utilizing the Functional Movement System, Lisa addresses the whole body as a system to help people move optimally. Lisa offers advanced core training for athletes, as well as functional movement screenings for general fitness or daily life activities. You will often find her in the PT area helping patients master their at-home exercises.
Lisa enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, Bill, and their two sons. They love fitness in the outdoors especially biking and golfing.

Our staff of certified Chiropractic Assistants are the “spine” of our office. They have completed extensive training in customer service and patient care including rehabilitative exercises and therapies. Members of our staff are experts in Medicare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, and private insurance billing and processing. Our staff has also completed radiological training and have received their General X-ray Machine Operator licenses for spinal and extremity X-rays. They are here to make your experience as pleasant and seamless as possible so that you get the chiropractic care you deserve.
