If you would like to pay online through our patient portal, then please do the following:
Go to www.patientwebportal.com and enter your email. Next select “Request Reset.” You will be directed to check your email and then follow the steps to create your password. If it does not work, we may need to add your email and/or mobile number to your account(s). Please do not hesitate to call either office for help or questions on how the new billing statements read.
